Hello, Jolita. I like to have goals. Without them my days become empty and useless. From other side it is beneficial to have breaks but without goals I would be a lazy one. Meditation helps concentrate, calm the mind and easier to pick most important tasks form. When mind is quiet it is easy to see clear picture on what is going on around me.
