Meditation is an ancient technique. It lets you   calm and clear  your mind. Just sitting every day for 5 minutes gives you  the sense of better concentration and inner peace.

Please, pick up clear paper sheet and pen. Write down what you would like to accomplish through your desired time and stick to it.

Books


There so many great authors, who wrote inspirational books. Knowledge, advice,  and instructions  show  how to prepare yourself to advance in life, how to cope and adjust various turns. Biographies of famous people such  as Benjamin Franklin or Steve Jobs,  give us insight and encouragement to follow their example.

Affirmations


Earl Nightingale, the author of  The Strangest Secret, wrote, that ” we become what we think about”.  Positive sentences such as ” Stay with it”, ” Screw it, just do it” from Richard Branson give faith for us.  Constantly focusing on goals and stretching  to do our best, makes us feel empowered.

Movies


Stories about courage and hope, friendship and courtesy, humanity inspires us.

Music


Tastes are different.When somebody finds enjoyable and calming Mozart, Lady Gaga gives to other person energy and lift of spirit after the  difficult day.

Environment


 A short walk in a city’s park or escape to the  beach, listening  rain or  how waves crash at the  shore, gives us  a break from  the constant rush. It calms us, letting to relax and to see  a broader perspective of life.

Exercises


Yoga, tai-chi, martial arts give body flexibility and release  of tension.

Activities


There so many motivational courses, events or  books to read or listen a  audio in your car. These encouraging phrases, stories from authors, who have  the gift to spread hope, joy and to  show ways,  how to find inner peace, broad our perspective about life. Exploring new ideas, getting acquainted with topics such as New Thought, Sociology, Alternative Health, Self-Help let us  consider new ways improving and enriching our lives.
