There are many techniques, how to improve and keep in good shape our bodies and minds. Asian martial arts, practices of yoga create an environment,  where body and mind are unified. Life energy is called various names. It is called Prana in Indian medicine, QI or CHI in traditional Chinese culture; KI is a  Japanese word. This life energy flies freely in the body after doing mentioned exercises.

Asian Martial Arts


Asian martial arts such as aikido, jujutsu, karate require constant concentration. At the same time,  body and mind work together through particular movements. Doing it,  the body gets strong, flexible. Practicing these martial arts,  the mind does not wander around. Focusing and following your partner is the main thing because you never know which tactics he will use.

Yoga


Yoga is an ancient technique. It came from  Sanskrit word, which means union. It refers to the union between individual spirit and universal spirit. Practicing yoga, we can realize eternal spirit. Yoga’s essence is the inner journey of the soul, connection with inner self.

Through physical and breathing exercises, we reach inner calmness and improve body’s and mind’s ability to easy react to life’s ups and downs. When you do asanas or postures, life energy flows because obstacles removed. Mental and physical health restored. Vitality, strength returns.

The teaching of yoga consists of few ways, how to connect with universal spirit. There are various types of yoga.

4.Bhakti yoga

5.Laya yoga

6. Mantra yoga

7.Jnana yoga
